WHAT IS NITRO COLD BREW COFFEE?

Instead of the usual hot water process, we use a cold water infusion process over a period of about 20 to 24 hours. Using cold water makes coffee extraction much slower and therefore more selective. You will find much less acidity and much less bitterness in our Nitro coffee and our regular cold brew coffee

WHAT IS THE FLAVOR OF NITRO COLD BREW COFFEE?

Imagine a delicious rich, creamy cold coffee with subtle notes of chocolate. Almost without bitterness and acidity, our Nitro cold coffee is a treat for all. Served in barrels you will be able to admire in your glass the cascades of bubbles that the nitrogen will have created.

• For the joy of several and the misfortune of some, our cold brewed coffee and our nitro cold brew coffee have an extra high content in caffeine!
• Thanks to the nitrogen the taste is rich and creamy without having more calories than a regular black coffee (~ 5 calories and 0 gram of sugar).
