HERE ARE SOME RECIPES TO TRY.

Tonic Juice:
Ingredients for a juice of about 1.5 L
3 carrots, 2 granny Smith apples, 1 orange, 1/4 lemon
1 cucumber, 1 small fennel
1 piece of ginger.
and 1 teaspoon of Moringa.
Mix everything in the blender!
Moringa is a tree native to the Himalayas. Called Tree of Life, it is renowned for its richness in antioxidants, vitamins, vegetable proteins and essential amino acids.
Fruits and vegetables associated with Moringa powder is a tonic for difficult mornings!

Quick energizing and antioxidant full salad for your lunch or dinner:
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup broccoli (raw or cooked)
2 cups green salad
1 handful of hazelnut
A couple of mint leaves cut
1 to 2 tablespoons of Moringa powder
Seasoned to taste (salt and pepper).
You can also simply add moringa to your favorite smoothies and juices!
