Our mission at La Brūlerie is to bring you a wide selection of quality coffee that has been roasted slowly using traditional methods that allow the rich and fine coffee aroma to steep in your cups.
Our job is to create taste. At La Brūlerie, coffee is roasted on the premises every day. Get a rich coffee that has been roasted using traditional methods for just a few cents more. Our aim is to share our passion and to make tasty coffee accessible to all consumers.
In addition to our large selection of coffee and tea, La Brūlerie has a range of tea- and coffee-making equipment, including espresso and cappuccino machines, regular, pressure, and French press coffee makers, teapots, filters, and various accessories.
Background
Established in 1997 under the name Café La Brūlerie, we were one of the first companies in Gatineau (Outaouais) to offer regional residents high quality coffee, tea, and tisanes for their daily consumption.
La Brūlerie is a proud distributor of fair trade and organic coffee and is presently one of the leading distributors of La Courtisane and TransHerb products. The company is also a member of TransFair Canada.
We have several projects and major development plans in the pipeline. We are planning a big move in spring 2009 when La Brūlerie will also become a delicatessen. Consult our News section on a regular basis for more information and to keep abreast of our company news.
La Brūlerie coffee is available in more than fifty outletsincluding convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants in Gatineau. The company is always looking for new partners and retailers.
